Located on Galena’s historic downtown Main Street, the Main Street Inn is a cozy, inviting place to relax that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (circa 1850). We offer 6 spacious rooms located on the 2nd floor that will meet the needs of romantic adventures, friend getaways, or anything in between. Please note that there is no elevator on the property. Stairs only. We, unfortunately, are not handicap accessible.
How many years have you been innkeepers?
I have been the innkeeper for a little under 3 years, but my family has owned our inn for over 15 years.
What do you like best about the Galena community?
I love how everyone in the community works together to make Galena’s events come to life.
What is your favorite event in Galena or your favorite way to participate and give back?
I enjoy Luminaria weekend and the fun window displays all the businesses put on for the Living Windows!

Our guests can enjoy the shops and dining of Galena’s Main Street without needing to worry about driving or parking. We also offer some fun packages to make their stay more enjoyable!
